Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
